Julie has received a variety of awards and acknowledgements throughout her career from the brokerage and local association she is affiliated with. For the past two years, Julie has been ranked as one of the Top 250 Agents in the association, and Top 25 in her nationwide brokerage quarterly acknowledgement with a few times being in the top 10 for sales volume nationwide. Julie has received the “Excellence in Real Estate Award” and “Distinguished Service Award” from the local association year after year for over 10 years. She he has served on various committees for the board several times starting in 2011. She is involved in protecting homeowner rights through legislation and with local city governments. Julie helped raise the bar with RPAC when she served on this committee as a member, vice-chairman, and chairman. It was during this time, UCAOR received the President’s Cup Award 2016-2020 from National Association of Realtors (NAR). In addition to receiving the 1st place award for Excellence, from NAR in 2016-2017.
In addition, Julie contributes to her local community. She served as a Planning Commissioner for over 4 years in the city where she resides during a time of tremendous growth. As a graduate from the University of Utah, with a degree in Organizational Communications, Julie enjoyed working for AT&T as an Account Executive for several years before becoming a mother and staying at home for several years while raising her children. Julie is originally from Utah and enjoys working in real estate helping people achieve their goals of homeownership and building an investment portfolio.
